Pension Application for John Wiser or Wisner

Sir,
In answer to the enclosed letter of the M. Evan of the 21st Inst. I have the honor to state that it does not appear from papers on file in this Office, that Mr. Wiser or Wisner served a sufficient length of time to entitle him to a pension if he were alive.
If he has a widow living it is possible she would be entitled to bounty land. If there is no widow living there is not anything one their heirs under existing pension laws.
